Brighton Boss FABIAN HÜRZELER BLASTS ARSENAL TACTICS After 1-0 LOSS!
Brighton manager Fabian Hürzeler criticizes Arsenal's defensive tactics after a narrow 1-0 defeat at the Amex, revealing heated exchanges with Arteta.

Brighton manager Fabian Hürzeler didn’t hold back after his side’s narrow 1-0 loss to Arsenal in the Premier League at the Amex Stadium.
The only goal came early, with Bukayo Saka finding the net in the ninth minute. Brighton pushed hard for an equalizer, keeping the pressure on but came up short as Arsenal held on for the win.
Hürzeler was visibly frustrated, taking issue with how Arsenal defended their lead. He made it clear he wouldn’t adopt the same approach.
I will never be the kind of manager who tries to win like that
— Fabian Hürzeler
He suggested Arsenal deliberately slowed the game down and managed the tempo to protect their advantage. Before the match, Hürzeler had called for stricter enforcement of rules around corners and free kicks.
Tensions boiled over in the first half as he even got into a heated exchange with Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta near the touchline over these sorts of moments.
Despite late pressure and a few good chances, Brighton couldn’t find a breakthrough. Arsenal left with valuable three points from a tough away fixture.
