Arsenal once again showcased their strength from set pieces by netting two goals from corners in their 28th Premier League game against Chelsea.

The first goal came in the 21st minute. Bukayo Saka delivered a cross to the far post, where Gabriel flicked the ball on with his head towards William Saliba. After a deflection off Mamadou Sakho, Saliba was credited with the goal.

The second strike arrived in the 66th minute following a corner taken by Declan Rice and a mistake from keeper Robert Sánchez. Jurriën Timber capitalized on the error and slotted the ball into the net.

With these two goals, Arsenal reached 16 goals from set pieces this Premier League season, equaling the league record. This milestone was previously set by Oldham in 1992/93, West Bromwich Albion in 2016/17, and Arsenal themselves in the 2023/24 season.

The Gunners' deadly efficiency from corners and other set-piece situations continues to be a key weapon in their fight for top spots in the Premier League.
