Tottenham has shown interest to sign RB Leipzig midfielder Marcel Sabitzer.
According to Build, the Premier League club are looking to strengthen their midfield area and that's why they are interested in bringing Sabitzer to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
This summer Jose Mourinho will be given a €145 million transfer budget to reinforce the team and as it seems the Austrian international is a top priority in Tottenham’s wishlist.
After Sabitzer scored twice in the second leg of the Champions League and eliminated Tottenham, he proved that he is a top class player and caught Mourinho's eye.
The 26-year-old player has become an influential player of Julian Nagelsmann’s RB Leipzig team. He scored eight goals and assisted five in 25 Bundesliga games.
Marcel Sabitzer is estimated for around 50 million euros and probably Tottenham are going to make a deal to sign him this summer.
So far Tottenham are in a lot of trouble as they exit the Champions League, the FA Cup and are four points behind the fourth in the Premier League table Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho seriously need to improve his team or if they continue to play the football they played so far they won't hear the Champions League or the Europa League theme any time soon.
