Arsenal can stretch their lead over Manchester City to six points if they beat Fulham at the Emirates this Saturday. However, recent performances have raised doubts, with the Gunners dropping a comfortable lead after defeats to City and Bournemouth.

Their narrow 1-0 victory against Newcastle last weekend offered little reassurance that nerves are gone. Still, Mikel Arteta encouraged his squad to focus on the positives, reminding them they could be just four games away from ending a 22-year league title drought.

Emotions for sure we have to manage in the right way. But I want to put more emphasis on showing that desire, that hunger that we have shown all season.

Mikel Arteta

We have only four games left and everything to play for, so it doesn't get better than that.

After facing Fulham, Arsenal will have played two more matches than City, who host Everton on Monday. These games in hand for Manchester City could prove decisive in what remains an incredibly tight race, potentially boiling down to goal difference or goals scored.

Additionally, Arsenal carry the extra weight of competing for the Champions League title for the first time in their history. Arteta's frustration was clear after a 1-1 first leg draw with Atletico Madrid in their semi-final, especially over penalty decisions that went against them. With the return leg looming on Tuesday, the Spaniard insists there's still plenty to fight for.

I think we have enough fuel in the tank, we are planning to win the Premier League.

Mikel Arteta

We are exactly where we wanted to be, four games to go, now let's go.

Mikel Arteta

We need to face each situation in any context to achieve our goal. What happened the other night was extremely disappointing, but we need to make it at home now.

Despite the Champions League challenge, Arteta stressed the immediate focus remains on Fulham.

Focus on Fulham and hunger. Hunger to compete, hunger to play, hunger to win. Hunger to be closer to achieve our dream.

Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber will miss out again due to injuries, but the manager highlighted Arsenal's resilience in overcoming absences this season.

We are talking about one of the most important attacking players that we have and he has been out for seven or eight months.

Mikel Arteta

He hasn't been the only one, unfortunately, regarding players that we have missed through injury. We have shown an incredible capacity to overcome these scenarios.
