Igor Thiago continues to impress, now sitting as the top scorer in the Premier League for the 2026 calendar year.

The Brentford forward scored from the penalty spot in his side’s win over West Ham, bringing his total to 11 goals since the start of the year. That tally outpaces every other player in the league.

Back in January, Thiago made history by setting a new record for the most goals scored by a Brazilian in a single Premier League season, with 16 strikes.
