Manchester United defeated Watford 3-0

Goals from Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood were enough to give the Devils all three points and took them to fifth in the table.

Bruno Fernandes arrived from Sporting in January and it seemed that Solskajer’s side finally had that missing piece of the puzzle that could strong arm them into Champions League contention.

Bruno Fernandes scored one and had a hand in the other two goals as Manchester United continued their recent upturn with a 3-0 victory over Watford at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Troy Deeney had an equaliser but it was ruled out by VAR following a handball by Craig Dawson.

Anthony Martial found the net a few minutes later and put the Red Devil two goals ahead.

Fernandes then set up Mason Greenwood for United's third.

The teenager's explosive finish confirmed an impressive victory that moves Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side up to fifth, three points off fourth, and leaves Watford a point from safety in 19th.
