Brighton pulled off an impressive upset by beating Manchester United 2-1 on their turf, knocking the Red Devils out of the FA Cup in the round of 64.

Brighton took the lead early on when Gross found the net in the 12th minute. Danny Welbeck doubled their advantage midway through the second half, scoring in the 64th minute.

Manchester United fought back late through Sesko, who pulled one back in the 85th minute. However, they couldn’t find an equalizer before the final whistle.

The home side’s struggle worsened when Lacey was sent off with a red card in the 89th minute, leaving them a man down in the closing moments.
