Liverpool have shown their support for the Black Lives Matter movement as they have kneeled at Anfield.
Marcus Rashford, Paul Pogba and Jadon Sancho also took the social media to call for "justice" over the death of American George Floyd.
Floyd died last Monday as a police officer held him down with his knee pressing the neck of George.
A number of Liverpool player, including James Milner, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson, tweeted pictures of the squad kneeling at Anfield with the caption 'Unity is strength #BlackLivesMatter'.
Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford also expressed his thoughts saying that the society is "more divided than ever" in a powerful anti-racism message.
“Violent acts of racism can no longer be tolerated. I can’t tolerate. I won’t tolerate. WE WON’T TOLERATE. Racism is ignorance. LOVE is intelligence.”
