Joe Hart is set to leave Burnley when his contract expires on June 30, after the club decided not to extend his deal.
The 33-year-old goalkeeper made only three appearances for Sean Dyche’s side this season, including two in the FA Cup and one in the Carabao Cup.
Hart last Premier League appearance was at the 5-1 defeat against Everton on Boxing Day 2018.
Nick Pope has established himself as the first-choice goalkeeper for Burnley as his fine domestic form has been rewarded with two England caps.
The former Manchester City goalkeeper expressed his frustration saying that he wants to be a ‘big part of a club’.
Joe Hart has won 75 England caps and two Premier League titles, both of which he won at the Etihad in 2012 and 2014.
However, on Saturday, the Clarets confirmed that Aaron Lennon will also leave the club as his contract is expiring and he refused to sign a short-term deal.
Meanwhile, Jeff Hendrick and Phil Bardsley are yet to sign a new deal with the club as their contracts are also expiring by the end of June.
Burnley are facing Manchester City for their first game after the resumption of the season, but Pe Guardiola's men will be looking to follow up their convincing 3-0 win against Arsenal on June 17.
