Juventus SHOCK Return! Marco Otolini Named New Sporting Director
Juventus appoints Marco Otolini as sporting director, marking his return to the club with vast experience in Italian and international football.

Italian giants Juventus have confirmed the appointment of Marco Otolini as the club’s new sporting director.
"Juventus is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Otolini as the new sporting director. Otolini officially joined the 'Bianconeri' organization on January 1, 2026, and will report directly to CEO Damien Comolli," the club said in a statement.
Otolini brings a wealth of experience gained through various roles within the football world, the Turin-based club added.
Marco Otolini is no stranger to Juventus. He previously worked within the club’s scouting department.
"His first spell with the team began in 2018. Over the next four years, he was mainly responsible for monitoring loaned players and maintaining relationships with foreign clubs, closely following the development of players under contract with Juventus, especially those playing abroad. His time with the ‘Bianconeri’ ended in 2022," the club noted.
Now a new challenge awaits Otolini in Turin. Returning to Juventus as sporting director marks a natural step forward in his career, built on expertise, vision, and deep knowledge of both Italian and international football, the club said.
