Italian giants Juventus are preparing to make an official offer for Liverpool winger Federico Chiesa, reports Tuttosport.
The Bianconeri are expected to approach Liverpool with a proposal as soon as today, aware that their bid must meet the demands of the Merseyside club.
The deal is likely to be a loan for the 28-year-old Italian until the end of the season, with Juventus keen to make the transfer permanent starting next campaign. The Italian side wants the permanent signing clause to depend on the number of matches Chiesa plays, a strategy intended to avoid committing to a full transfer in case of physical issues or a poor fit with coach Luciano Spalletti’s tactical setup.
Chiesa was part of Juventus between 2020 and 2024, recording 131 appearances and 32 goals for the Old Lady.
