Fulham players celebrate a goal during a match against liverpool

Liverpool once again failed to secure a win against Fulham as the two sides played out a dramatic 2-2 draw in the Premier League at Craven Cottage. For the third consecutive meeting, Merseyside couldn't get the better of this rival.

The hosts took the lead in the 17th minute thanks to former Liverpool player Harry Wilson, who punished the visitors’ defense with a well-timed finish. After the break, the champions managed to turn the match around. Florian Wirtz leveled the score in the 57th minute, and deep into added time, Cody Gakpo scored to put Liverpool ahead 2-1.

But Arne Slot’s team’s joy was short-lived. In the 97th minute, Harrison Reed struck an impressive long-range goal to seal a valuable point for Fulham and set the final score at 2-2.

Liverpool recorded their second consecutive draw since the start of 2026 but extended their unbeaten run to nine games. Fulham continued to show strong form, collecting 11 points from their last five Premier League matches.
