Barcelona's main priority is still Inter Milan's forward Lautaro Martinez.
Despite the fact Neymar still crosses the mind of the Catalans they might not sign him this summer, as his price is set very high and Barcelona are very financially unstable at the moment.
Lautaro’s price is not low either, but he is significantly cheaper than the 28-year-old Brazilian. For now there is a big chance that Barcelona are going to sign the 22-year-old Argentinian rather than Neymar, as his transfer fee and the terms of the deal will cost less.

A determining factor in the future signing of Lautaro is that he wants to join Barcelona in the summer.
Other clubs such as Real Madrid and Manchester City has expressed an interest in the player, but as it seems their plans for future signings are quite different for now.
Los Blancos are more determined to sign Erling Haaland or Kylian Mbappe, and the Citizens are happy with Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus.
Barcelona are in a desperate need of a new striker and a replacement for Luis Suarez, as the Uruguayan is turning 34 years old next January. His age and his injury problems are the main reason why Barcelona are in a hunt for a new signing.
However, recently Inter Milan indicated that they are willing to let Lautaro go, but only if the striker has expressed a desire to leave the club.
Lautaro might do just that as he feels that leaving Serie A in the summer is the best time to do so, especially when a good offer comes along.
Once Martinez show a sign that he wants to leave, then the club will be open to negotiate. Lautaro's release clause is 110 million euros, but his transfer fee is lower, and Barcelona might take advantage of this.
Due to the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Inter will look for a way to include players in any potential deal. Barcelona on the other hand are looking to lower Martinez price even more and they might have to agree with Inter's proposal.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Nelson Semedo, Carles Alena, Arthur and Marc Cucurella are the possible players that Inter might want, but Arturo Vidal is an option too.
Barcelona are most definitely not going to sell Semedo nor Arthur, but they are no longer in control over Cucurella's future.
