Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr. openly admitted that 2025 was an extremely tough year both personally and for the club. The usually dominant team endured a rare season without trophies, coming off their La Liga and Champions League triumphs in 2023/24.

In a candid interview with El Chiringuito TV, the Brazilian star didn't hide his disappointment but showed confidence for what's ahead.

This was not a good year, but we have no doubt that we will come back and win again.

Despite reports of tensions with coach Xabi Alonso over his role, inconsistent starting appearances, stalled contract talks, and boos from some Santiago Bernabeu fans, the 25-year-old insists he's moved past those issues.

Vinicius is focused firmly on the future and helping Real Madrid climb back to the top where the glory and trophies await.
