Liverpool Eyes Roma Star Zeki Celik for FREE Transfer
Liverpool keen on signing Roma's Zeki Celik on a free transfer. The Turkish international is considering leaving Roma this season.
Liverpool is showing serious interest in Roma’s right wing-back Zeki Celik.
According to reports from Italy, the Merseyside club is tempted by the chance to sign the 28-year-old Turkish international without paying a transfer fee.
Celik has featured 23 times for the Italian capital side this season and contributed four goals. He’s also stepped in as a central defender when required.
Roma have already offered the defender a new three-year contract, but Celik isn’t rushing to sign it. His current deal runs until the end of the season, allowing him to sign a pre-contract agreement with any club interested in his services.
