PSG won't make Icardi deal permanent

Mauro Icardi is currently on a loan spell to Paris-Saint Germain, but the Parisians are not planning to make his deal permanent.

The 27-year-old Argentinian made a loan move from Inter to PSG last summer and from the beginning he was in a great shape, in fact he managed to replace Cavani and sideline him. Recently, his form started to drop off tight before the postponement of all fixtures due to the coronavirus.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Icardi agreed to leave Parc des Princes. There are several reports saying that Icardi want to leave Paris, as he is not fitting to the dressing room, he even got a conflict with some of his teammates, and as it seems PSG are not looking to add a new problem to their unstable squad.

Mauro Icardi will return to Inter Milan, but the Italian club are looking to sell him and add to their budget the 70 million euros of his deal.

It is still unclear where he will go next, but some reports say that Juventus are interested in the player. Juventus might offer a swap deal for Icardi, which will be good for both teams.

The 23-year-old Argentine player made 20 appearances in League 1 before the season was halted, for the games he played Icardi scored 12 goals and assisted 3.
