Paris Saint-Germain have one of the best frontline in the world, with the likes of Angel Di Maria, Mauro Icardi, Kylian Mbappé, and Neymar Jr., but the Parisians are reportedly looking to add a new signing to the club’s already potent attack.
According to 90Min, PSG are among the clubs interested in the signing of the Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha.
Recently, Zaha agreed to be represented by Pinhas Zahavi, who was involved with the transfer of Neymar in 2017, and he also represents FC Porto’s Alex Telles who has been heavily linked with a move to the Paris as well.
The report claim that Zahavi has been in contact with Paris Saint-Germain over the potential signing of the Palace's forward Zaha.
However, in the past 10-12 months several Premier League clubs have shown interest in the player.
Chelsea were reported to be interested in Zaha, but Frank Lampard made it clear that his team have no desire to sign the 27-year-old.
Arsenal and Everton also wanted to sign Zaha, but Crystal Palace have their asking price set too high.
Last summer the Gunners were close on signing the player, but instead they chose to bring Nicolas Pepe to the Emirates Stadium and it is unlikely that they will make any approach this summer as they have serious financial issues regarding the coronavirus crisis.
Zaha has made it clear on numerous occasions that he has the desire to pursue a new challenge in his professional career, but the list of the possible buyers have been shorten as many teams are financially unstable at the moment.
PSG are probably the only side in Europe that could afford signing Zaha, but recently they made Mauro Icardi stay at the Parc des Princes permanent in a deal worth €50m (£45m) plus various add-ons.
Thomas Tuchel's side don't need a new right-winger at the moment, so Zaha would be a luxury signing.
