Liverpool sits in second place in the odds as this team finished just behind Manchester City for the past five seasons. Will this team beat the odds and rise to the top spot? Liverpool has more chances than others, so our eyes will be on them as the league begins.

In third place for the title, Chelsea has had an interesting ride this year. Will this team’s chances at the title be stronger or weaker under their new ownership? The Blues reached the EFL Cup Finals and the FA Cup Finals, so we might see this power channelled into the Premier League.
